Domestic shipping can vary between an estimate of $7.00 and up per order. (Within the United States) International shipping prices can vary. Apparel items that are in stock will be shipped by USPS priority mail within 24-48 hours. Our handbags will be shipped by Fed Ex or UPS. You will have to sign for it for your security and ours. We want to make sure that you have your handbag personally in your hands! If you are overseas we will ship Fed Ex or Dhl. Free shipping is available to all 48 continental U.S. states for orders over $100.00 dollars. If there are any delays in your shipment we will notify you. Please email us at and tell us your country shipping address and we will respond to you within 24 hours with more accurate information on the cost. 


Purchased Items are determined non-returnable if worn and washed, tags have been removed, or have sustained damaged by the customer. If you need to exchange your purchase, you may do so within 7days once the purchase(s) is received. If you would like to request a refund or exchange your item(s), please send an e-mail containing the following info to with your Order#, name, description of why you returned, address, phone#, and your e-mail address. Once you do this we will give you the return address to ship it back.  Unfortunately, you will have to be responsible for the shipping cost. All clearance items are final sales and non-refundable.


Because our Handbags being Handcrafted Custom Made, they are non-refundable.  We will like all of our customers to be satisfied and comfortable to order with us, so we will make an exception to fix or exchange your handbag for the same style bag you ordered if the handbag is defective. We will try to guarantee a 100% quality handbag to you, but we do know things can happen and not be a person's fault. If we are at fault for any products we sell to you we will guarantee that you will be satisfied! By making you a satisfied customer we will fix the problem in a timely fashion.
